mChat and Random no Avatar Mod

hello i have problems with the snippet....
I use mchat 1.3.5 and default random no avatar

here is what ive done:

search. $mchat avatar=

first i find on line 79:

and i replace with the first one from the snippet

then the second edit what i find on line 242:

but it doesnt work ....it makes no avatar shown on mchat.....i make it false?

what did i wrong???please help me...when i installed the snippet all avatars are away from mchat.

The first edit says nothing about $mchat_avatars

It states $mchat_avatar...no s. Try editing your backup file and trying again and it will only use the random avatar if a user doesn't already have an avatar.

The edits are perfect if followed correctly.
