It appears the error message like that!
How do I fix it?

My Version MChat is 1.3.5 & used phpBB3.0.9

You need to upload the included language files into the same directory as whatever language you are using on the forum.

How ? I don't know much about MODS Phpbb

Via FTP, copy the directories and files found under the language/en into language/xxx, where xxx is the language in use on your forum.
