1. Can it be installed in phpBB 3.0.10?
2. Will mChat be visible in mobile device?
3. Whether chat history is searchable by Google?

Yes.

yes but the mobile device may not be able use the mchat.

Only if you give bots permissions to view the chat.

Yes on HTC Inspire

Most all cell phones are capable now days.
I can not use the scroll in mChat but there is always the archive for that.
